We are a team of hotel owners and managers with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and software industry. Our extensive experience working with various brands has given us insight into the good, the bad, and the ugly of the industry. We have witnessed the evolution of technology and its impact on the hospitality industry, as well as the changing expectations of guests, owners, managers, employees, vendors, and brands.

Why we built this?

We built this platform to help hotel owners and managers manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. Hotel operations are complex and require a lot of coordination between various departments and stakeholders. We have seen many hotels (including ours) struggle with this and we want to help. We want to help you manage your operations more efficiently and effectively so you can focus on what matters most: your guests.

As a hotel owner, we want to how business is operating at our hotels. We want to know how our employees are performing, how our guests are being treated, and how our hotel is performing financially. We want to make sure that our manager & employees are successding in their roles, career and that our guests are happy.
