Credit Card Authorization

Send a link to the client to fill out the credit card authorization form. The client will fill out the form, print it, sign it, and send it to the hotel through email or fax.

Business can subscribe to an optional eSignature service for clients to sign the form online. Eliminate printing and scanning the form. Reduce friction for the client to fill out the form.

Direct Billing

Send the presepective business client to the hotel website to fill out the direct bill application. Client will fill out the applicatin, print it, sign it, and send it to the hotel through email or fax.

Group/Block Booking

Instead of waiting for manager's to contact the client, anyone at the hotel can redirect the client to fill out the Group booking request form. The manager and other staff will be able to see the request on the dashbaord. The manager can create the group/block booking and send a contract to the client. The client will sign the contract and send it back to the hotel.

TV Channels

List the TV channels available at the hotel.

Print the list and place it in the room. Or stick QR code in the room, and guest can view it on their smart devices

Hotel Amenities
