Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the InnBlocks Hotel Operation Apps (referred to as "Apps" or "Services") provided by InnBlocks. These Terms govern your access to and use of our Apps. By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Apps, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Apps.

  1. Use of Apps

2.1 Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old to use our Apps. By using our Apps, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Registration To access certain features of our Apps, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Prohibited Activities When using our Apps, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities
  • Use our Apps to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials (spam)

Our Apps and all related content, including but not limited to software, designs, text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to InnBlocks and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any portion of our Apps or its content without prior written consent from InnBlocks.

Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by InnBlocks. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that InnBlocks shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available through these third-party services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InnBlocks and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Apps, even if InnBlocks has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall InnBlocks' total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Apps exceed the amount you paid, if any, to InnBlocks during the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio.
